About this Cook
I love to cook and I love good food. I will try anything once two.
My favorite things to cook
Pizza, Oriental food, Mexican, just anything
My cooking triumphs
finally making a good pizza from scratch
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made alfredo sauce turned out pretty gritty. Also, I was broiling tilapia with some lemon pepper. I accidentally put too much lemon pepper on and it turned out so lemony that it wasn't any good to eat. My wife and I threw it to the dog and she wouldn't eat it.

Orange Curried Chicken
This recipe was great! I added a little miso paste and some siracha sauce to the glaze.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Great recipe. Too much mayo for the recipe. Also, I tried it with Miracle Whip and that didn't turn out like I thought it would. I am going to try it with real may next time. Over all, the chicken was good though.

Pizza Dough I
Very easy to make. You can't really mess this recipe up. I let it rise for about 15-30 min after the dough is mixed. I also use this same recipe for bread sticks as well.
