Best Brownies

The best cocoa-powder brownie recipe I've tasted! Mixed by hand, served with a dusting of powdered sugar instead of the frosting-this recipe's a keeper. Thanks, chibi chef!

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

I bag of success brown rice=1 1/2 cups. I used the brown rice, came out great, but I had to cook for 20 min, instead of 5, and I added a can of rinsed black beans. The tomato soup makes it slightly sweet, but don't add salt if you are serving with corn chips. A very good recipe, even the kids enjoyed it!

Chocolaty Caramel-Nut Popcorn

An addicting, delicious recipe. I made it using 1 cup of popcorn seeds that I microwave-popped. Hint: REMOVE UNPOPPED KERNELS! Keep the roasting pan in the oven while melting the caramel sauce, then take it out and add the popped corn and sauce, this makes it easier to coat the popcorn evenly. Enjoy!

Strawberry Torte

Delicious,refreshing cake that's even better than strawberry shortcake! I used only fresh strawberries and omitted the sauce-I added a layer of sliced strawberries on the first layer of filling, and garnished with halved berries around the edge, and a few whole berries in the middle-Beautiful and an impressive presentation,too. This recipe works with other fruits,too!
