Chicken Cordon Bleu II

So good. I made this for my family, and they all loved it. I would definitely make this for company. I used pre-pounded checken breast and cooked it a little less time. Also, I used a little less cream and butter. Even though this is a rich recipe, it is low carb, which is a plus.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I'll make this again. My kids liked it and it was easy. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and coated with flour first. I think I went a little heavy with it, though. The chicken turned out slightly soggy rather than crispy. Next time, I'll use less and I'll add some veggies and cashews as others suggested.

Morning Glory Muffins I

I never have good luck with muffins, but these turned out wonderful! I made a couple of changes only because of ingredients I had on hand. I used only all purpose flour since I had no wheat flour. I used the carrots I had (about 3/4)cup and two apples instead of one. I ran them through the food processor. I did use the apple butter, which I think made the recipe. The muffins turned out very moist, and the nutritional value is a plus. I'll make these again.

I've made these for my son's birthday the past two years. This is so rich - it's definitely a special occasion dessert. You won't be able to go back to brownies from a mix after these.

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts

Easy, but fancy looking dessert. For a holiday party, I found eggnog flavored ice cream sandwiches. Also, to dress it up a little, I added crushed whoppers to the top and in the layers. I didn't need quite as many ice cream sandwiches as the recipe called for. I only did one layer of each of the ingredients, and it was still plenty.

World's Best Lasagna

Perfect. I followed the recipe exactly, only I didn't boil the noodles - soaked in hot water for about 30 minutes. It's even better reheated the next day. I will make this again.

Famous Butter Chicken

I have made this several times using the "pre pounded" very thin chicken breasts. My family loves it. It is so tender and moist. This is another good week night supper that the family will love.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This is the best dish I have made in a long time. My children loved it. I made a huge batch, but we still had no leftovers. I plan to make this again and again. It would be perfect to take to a summer get-together. It's delicous and pretty to look at.

Old Bay® Shrimp Fest

I made this for my family of six while vacationing at the beach. I made the mistake of using an extra pound of shrimp thinking we wouldn't have enough -way too much. Also, I followed the advice of the reviewers who suggested reducing the cooking time for the potatoes. They were perfect. I will definitely make this again.

Caramelized Onions on the Grill

I made this recipe along with baked chicken on the grill (from this site). They were both delicious. My picky children loved the onions. I will make these every time I grill and will probably try them in the oven as other reviewers suggested. I saved the leftovers in a zip-lock bag along with the leftover chicken. Heated up together in the microwave the next day. It was wonderful!
