Pollo Fajitas
Mucho bueno!!! Yum to my tum! Will make these again! I did not have cider vinegar, so I used apple cider vinegar, still turned out very good. Served with Mexican rice, corn tortillas, guacamole, cheese and sour cream! Great chicken fajita recipe! Thank you!

Guacamole
Made this tonight with chicken fajitas (pollo fajitas)!!Wonderful!! Best guac I have ever made or eaten. Made exactly as recipe said! So yummy, will make a double batch next time! Thanks for another great recipe!!!
