Mexican Bean Salad
amazing! a word of advice, the oil and vinegar should be cut in half and the rest of the dressing ingredients should be as stated. there is just too much dressing. this recipe does make a LOT of bean salad so beware. its absolutely delicious, especially the next day! ps-i used white onions and it came out great! i may try adding mango next time!

Grandma's Tomato Soup
great recipe and very flexible too! i used v8 and omitted the salt since it was already in the can, as well as the sugar. I added dry parsley and basil leaves, and ground black pepper because it was a bit bland before. I also added some chili powder to give it some heat. Another thing I did was add fresh tomatoes, and used half water and half milk to make it more rich..and it came out just wonderful.

Easy Strawberry Lemonade
great start. you can adjust the amount of lemonade to strawberry to your taste. i also used a fine strainer to remove small bits of strawberry, to get only a smooth lemonade. It worked great. I also served this in a punch bowl with thin slices of fresh strawberries floating on top. It looked beautiful! Thanks for a great recipe!
