Homesteader Cornbread
Very good recipe. Try using only 2 cups of milk and adding a 1/2 cup creamed corn. Delicious!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Phenomenal. I didn't have dried ginger but oddly had fresh (leftover from making ginger tea for a cold that I had). Even better with the fresh ginger but you have to use 4-5 times the amount as the dried. Very easy to eat the whole batch before the family gets home so double the recipe!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Tastes just like the real thing. A little too much Cayenne pepper for my taste so I used half the amount called for and it had just the right amount of spice!
