Yum. My 3 year old gobbled these right up, mushrooms and all. When I make these again I will drain the mushrooms really well. They were a little too wet. Also, I think I will cook the ham for a few minutes in a skillet to get the flavors to release some. I couldn't taste it like I wanted to. I did add snipped chives and will add more next time. Very good recipe just as it is or by sprucing it up a bit. Thanks Leila!
