Chicken In Basil Cream
Wow, this was wonderful and relatively easy and quick for a weeknight dinner! Definitely take other advice of others and and double the sauce. I did season the chicken, and I served with rice.

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella
Wow, I loved this! I marinated the chicken for 24 hours. It was so tender and tasty. I shredded the mozarella as some reviewers suggested, and also chopped the basil. Broiled it just long enough to get the cheese gooey. Definitely a winner! Quick, easy and delish.

Whoopie Pies VIII
I wanted to love this recipe and I was excited to make it. However, I was dissapointed. I followed the recipe exactly. The cake portion seemed to be missing something.
