Dave's Mocha Chicken
Boy was I surprised at how GOOD this was. We used every last bit of the juice/liquid to put on our rice. So simple, so good.

Chicken Soup With Black Beans and Corn
I make this soup frequently. It is my absolute favorite. Instead of the base, I just boil a chicken breast with all the ingredients and chop it, put it back into the soup and eat!

Baked Spaghetti I
I found this recipe in my first issue of Taste of Home (1990's)and have loved it ever since. I make it a lot and it wouldn't be the same without the mushroom soup. When my son makes it, he mixes it all up together and bakes it.
