Vegetarian Chili
Loved it! Added a little cheese, topped w/ sour cream and a dash of hot sauce. Made enough to freeze some for another time! Delicious!

Marinade for Steak I
I used this to marinate meat that I was putting over a salad. the steak was SO good I didn't use any dressing b/c i didn't want to mask the flavor of the meat. Definitely using this for ALL my steak from now on!

Pasta Con Broccoli
this was very good. Some changes I made after the 1st time: Add sundried tomatoes, use more mushrooms and saute them w/ onions and garlic. Yum
