Brunch Scones
I freeze my butter, then grate it into the sugar. It works well. Also I prefer to add a little white chocolate and cranberryies into the recipe and add a little sugar on the top of the scone.

Simple Scones
I had never made scones before, I love this recipe. Instead of using sour cream, I used 1/2 cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt and used dried cherries instead of the raisins, I also used chunks of white chocolate! YUMMY!
