I'm a young Mexican mother of one little boy, he's one year old and i'm crazy about him, i love cooking and i'd love to learn more and more about it, i'm a nice girl =) I love to experiment with herbs and all kinds of meats and pastas, i'm into italian and asian food right now but i love to cook mexican recipes since i was a young girl because my grandmother loved to be at the kitchen, i'm starting to bake my own bread and i want to learn more about that. =) soups and stocks... chicken broth with vegetables, a nice way of gathering the family... =) every thing i cook i do it with my heart and with the porpouse of making my family happy so everything i cook is a triumph for me ha ha... mmm did'n have it yet i guess...
