Beef Stroganoff III
This was pretty good, I did not follow the recipe to a T to adjust to what I had in the house. I used a whole white onion, Sirloin beef tips, worchester sauce, and less butter, light sourcream, spicy dijon mustard and fresh mushrooms. It came out good but it did take awhile to prepare. Will make this again.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole
I used minute rice instead of regular so I only had to cook it for 45 mins, I also used 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of brocolli. I added a small bag of frozen mixed veggies and cheddar cheese to the top covered and baked. It came out good with leftovers. I also added garlic powder, onion salt and pepper to give it more flavor.

3-Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese
Good and pretty quick. I did add onion to my ground beef mixture and than cooked. I also seasoned my ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion salt, and some crushed red pepper. I will make this again. I also had some leftover to freeze.
