Creamy Chicken Lasagna
Boiled the chicken in water with onion powder, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and salt for some flavor. Then I added pepper, parsley, oregano, and a small handful of 3-cheese blend to the mixture. Tasted pretty good to us, so I'll add it to the recipe box. The chicken was a bit of an odd texture in it. I might try this with ground turkey sometime too.

Pumpkin Bread Ring
Very good except that I won't be using the nutmeg next time. Biting into a peice of crunchy nutmeg in bread just isn't good.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was pretty good. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen) and added potatos and carrots. I only cooked it for 3 hours or so on high. The chicken would have been done in 2 hours, I had to wait on the carrots. I also flipped the chicken once to keep it in the liquid so it didn't dry out.
