Cabbage Beef Soup
Easy enough and we enjoyed it. Nice use of cabbage. Didn't have cumin, but other spices worked fine as well.

Pasta Salad with Pesto
I've learned to make my own pesto sauce and we I liked it. Didn't have the nuts or sausage or a lot of the ingredients, but we made a poor mans version and the pesto was right on. Thanks!

Tom Ka Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup)
Stinking good! New comfort food. I didn't have fresh ginger on hand so I used ground ginger and didn't miss it. We served this over white rice and wished we had leftovers for seconds.
