I was very reluctent to try this recipe because we don't normally like "pot pies". We ALL loved it, even my super picky 9 year old daughter ate every bite veggies and all!! I did take to advise of others and added the following: cooked the chicken and veggies in chicken broth, added 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning and 1/4 tsp garlic powder, I decided to cook the gravy alone without the veggies. I mixed the chicken, veggies, and gravy together, I also used pillsbury ready crust, so easy!! Baked the bottom crust for 10 mins @ 425. I added all ingredients, topped with crust and baked for 35 mins @425. Letting the pie sit for 15 mins before cutting it is a must!! I had to cut my husband a piece early, and it fell apart, but by the time my daughter and I ate it, it was perfect!!
