I am a wife, mother, and nurse. I enjoy cooking for my family and friends so much! I think I actually love watching others enjoy my cooking more than cooking itself! I cook for my family pretty much every night. My husband loves that I like to cook, and my daughter thinks I'm the best cook in the whole world! What an accomplishment!! I enjoy cooking quick, easy and healthy meals for my family. My grandma made the absolute best seafood gumbo and fried chicken! She would shake the chicken in a paper bag to coat it before frying! I am by no means a good baker! My worst tragedies are when I "try" to bake. It's too precise for me!
