Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast
This recipe should not be used for a trimmed prime rib roast. I was always a bit afraid to cook a prime rib because of the cost of the meat. After reading all the wonderful reviews for this recipe I decided to try it for the 10 people I invited over this weekend. 15 minutes per pound and it was horribly overdone - not a bit of pink. The flour in the mixture coating the roast was black/burnt. I was terribly embarrased.

Marshmallow Popcorn Balls
Yesterday at 4:30 pm - my Boyfriend remembered that he was supposed to send treats for his sons kindergarden class. I thought popcorn balls would be great so I jumped in here to find a recipe. They turned out beautiful - I double the recipe, added the brown sugar as recommended and a spash of vanilla - 26 perfectly sized popcorn balls for the class. Easiest recipe I have used for this - the marshmallows kind of made it like a rice crispy treat with popcorn. THANKS!!!
