I am a Filipino-Italian that is beginning to cook. I am in pharmacy school so my time as home is very little... I like to cook meals that take less than an hr to prepare. So far all these recipes that I have used from here have done that. Chicken marsala, pork chops, anything with mushrooms, fresh clam sauce and pasta. Stuffed artichokes and peppers, anything Italian basically Pork chops with rosemary and mushrooms.... excellent dish to the recipe i got here I dropped boiling water on my employers dog when i was babysitting... The dog had a scab for a month down his back!
