About this Cook
I am a Filipino-Italian that is beginning to cook. I am in pharmacy school so my time as home is very little... I like to cook meals that take less than an hr to prepare. So far all these recipes that I have used from here have done that.

My cooking tragedies
I dropped boiling water on my employers dog when i was babysitting... The dog had a scab for a month down his back!

The Best Chicken Soup Ever
All the flavors were wonderful... The only exception was we took out the chicken soup mix... It definitely didnt need it!!! It reminded me of the homemade soup my mother and grandmother made when we were kids and sick... next time i may add spinach for just a little bit more vegetable.. enjoy

Amazing White Clam Sauce
I thought this was grreeat!!! A little too much oil.. I found that out after...Sorry guys should have listened to the other chefs... The aroma was wonderful and just enough spice. I also used heavy cream instead of half and half... Thanx for the recipe... this will be the one i use from now on

Rosemary Sherry Pork Chops
this recipe was very tasty!!! i used whole mushreoom that I sliced to add just a little extra... this was better than plain chops with kraut!!
