Bubble Pizza
This is really good and definitely a kid favorite. My son enjoyed helping me make it. We used fresh mushrooms, sliced red onion, and Boboli pizza sauce -- it was great! We also added some pancetta to the meat mixture since I had some in the refrigerator. You can't mess this recipe up!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This is good and really easy to make. I made it for a Superbowl party. I suggest serving it in a crock pot so it stays hot. It is spicy... doubled the jalapenos as suggested by most readers. Also made it with low-fat mayo and cream cheese and you couldn't tell at all.
