Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
Great recipe! I used seasoned bread crumbs and added chopped red pepper & dried fire-roasted tomatoes for more flavor. Now I have, yet another, reason to look forward to zucchini season!

Southwestern Pasta Salad
This was such a nice change from the typical pasta salad! I followed other suggestions by adding chicken and avocado. I also threw in some fresh spinach right before serving. Yum! Thanks for the recipe...definitely a keeper!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
Very good...definitely a keeper! I had 4 boneless pork chops that were not very thick, but they still turned out great and were done in 3 hours on low (my slow cooker is new and seems to cook things through quicker than expected).
