Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
This was wonderful. I changed the recipe to serve 8 and easily would have served 16. Lots of left overs but is tastes great re-heated. I added some chopped onion and red and green peppers for an additional kick. I will definitely make this again!

Chickpea Falafel Burgers

This was great. My husband and I both loved it. I, like the other reviewers added more bread crumbs. Other than that, I follow it exactly. Try starting with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and slowly adding more until you get a cookie dough like texture. Then try frying 1 to see if it crumbles. If it does fall apart, you need more bread crumbs. Simply delicious!

Erica, this was a great recipe. Perfect texture, perfect sweetness. I have always thought that making a rice pudding would be difficult or time consuming but this was neither... Just delicious! Thanks for sharing this!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
This was SO good. I didn't have enough banana so I had to use a jar of banana baby food along with the 2 bananas that have been being moved around the freezer for a couple months :) . It turned out wonderfully. I also used whole wheat flour instead of white. This was moist with a delicious crunchy crust. Try this one, you won't be disappointed!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2009
This was wonderful. Best wild rice soup I have had to date. I used up left over turkey instead of chicken and it tasted great. Try this! You will not be disappointed, this is so much better than recipes that use condensed soup. It was very easy too. Thanks!
