Spaghetti Squash Dip

Had everyone guessing on this one. I added a fair amount of parm on top and it baked wonderfully. Even if you're not a squash fan, this is a good one.

Avocado-Mango Salsa

Very refreshing! I served it with blue corn tortillas as an appitizer but will try it again for additions to meat or something else. Good reviews from my guests who really appreciate ( and cook) great food.

Curried Hummus

My guests were all over this hummus. If you are a bit bored of traditional hummus the curry really adds a refreshing taste. Can't wait to make it again.
