Great recipe and super easy to throw together in the morning and have ready for dinner. I used frozen chicken breasts and frozen corn. I used one can rotel and one can diced tomatoes - other than that I followed the recipe to a T! The beer cooks out - you can smell it in the beginning but by the time it was done there ws no trace of the beer smell.

good recipe - a little on the sweeter side than I would prefer. Next time I will cut the brown sugar in half.
