Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Yum!!! I will say I don't really care for alot of fish, but this was really good. The sauce masked any fishy tast there may hae been without overpowering it. I did take the other suggestions and added some paprika, garlic powder, a handfull of bread crumbs and omitted the celery salt. I also used light sour cream in place of the mayo. My hubby said it was k but, he better start thinking it's great because it will be going in the normal rotation!! Thanks for the great recipe!
