Cheeseburger Soup I
I left out the carrots and celery - I just didn't think that they belonged in a cheeseburger soup. The soup was very good - very rich (sort of a "gravy" consistency). However, I couldn't help thinking that it was "missing" something - maybe some cayenne...or something to just give a little jumpstart?
