About this Cook
I am an Environmental Engineer and I began liking cooking when I was living alone in Sweden. I was 23 and I was gaining weight because in Sweden they eat a lot different from Italy, even tough is good! I found a printed recipe left in the library printer and guess what, it was a recipe form allrecipes.com. I began baking muffins and american cakes for breakfast, healthy soups and form there i started experimenting a little bit of everything even if i stick with Italian traditional cousine.

Bread Machine Bagels
Taste is good but I think something is wrong. They rose very few... Reading around I guess is because they have to cook more or should let be rise before boiling.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
Very good and flavoured! I didn't top it cuz it was my first pumkin pie ever and i wanted to try it simple. Tastes too much as nutmeg for my taste. I will definitely bake it again!

Devil's Food Cake I
I don't know if italian baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is different from the american one but it gave the cake the most awful flavour. i'll try to make the cake with baking powder instead.... But the result this time was very disappointing.
