Creamy Asparagus Pasta
I agree with the previous reviewers that it took longer than 10 minutes to thicken the sauce. Instead of adding extra roue, though, I added 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese which made the sauce that much creamier.

Ham-Stuffed Jumbo Shells
I didn't love the original recipe. I thought the vegetables and ham didn't work well together and the garlic was a bit much. I also agreed that the time prep was a little long. May just need a few changes.
