This was a great bread! Very tasty. It went nicely with a beef stew that I had made. It was a hit!

Steak n Ale Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
This recipe was pretty good, although the "gravy" was more like broth. I couldn't get it to thicken no matter what I did. Came out more like stew. Might try it again though and see if it was just an isolated thing.

Best Easy Chicken Croquettes

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
I always loved the storebought chicken croquets (the frozen ones)but then they disappeared from the stores... my husband was always checking and asking how to make them... so I found them on here and they sounded easy. They were easy and delicious! makes a little chicken go a long way! So yummy, thanks for a great recipe, hubby loved it:)

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
This was amazing beef stew! My husband raved about it. The only changes I made were I added a bit more flour for a thicker stew and I didn't have worcestershire so I used a splash of A1, and I skipped the celery because I had none. This stew was excellent... throw a loaf in the bread machine to soak up the broth!

French Silk Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
This is really tasty, first time for me making frosting so I think it came out really well. I didn't have bakers chocolate so i used baking cocoa and added more milk... didn't hurt the frosting at all. very yummy!

Scottish Mince Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
This is a great recipe and was so easy to follow. I threw in some frozen peas and fresh chopped carrots before pouring the mince mix into the crust. I served this at a Sunday family dinner and everyone absolutely raved about it. I even made an extra one and froze it for a quick weekday meal. SO GOOD!

I made this for my whole family and everyone LOVED it, even my picky brother in-law! I threw all the ingredients in a crockpot added some thyme and left it on high for about 5 hours. Then I mashed it a bit and left it on low for about an hour. It was AMAZING!!! Anyone can make this soup. So Good and full of flavor!
