Amazing! I can't believe more people haven't tried this recipie. It is perfect how it is. We did chop up regular tomatoes because we didn't have cherry, but it is so good. We also only marinated it for 2 hours...we were too hungry to wait. Try this recipie - so fresh nd delicious.

For what it is it's great! It reminds me of sweet balls of chocolate dulce de leche. I did a few different rolls - some in almonds, powdered sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, or coconut. I really liked the cinnamon ones! Be sure to follow the reviews of others and add crisco or something to your hands, along with cooking it long enough so that it becomes like a dough in the pan.

Made these pancakes for my husband's birthday and he loved them. I would add a capful of vanilla. I also added a little lemon to the milk to make it buttermilk. They fluffed up so nice and were great with syrup!
