Pancake Fish. When I was first married my husband wanted me to fry up some fish. I bought a mix for fish batter (well ok i thought it was the mix for fish batter when it was actually a mix for pancakes) and cooked it up. tasted like pancakes with fish in the middle. IT WAS HOORRRIIBBLLEE

Mushroom Pork Chops
Absolutely excellent, I used boneless butterfly pork chops. I added olive oil to the veggies to saute them. everything turned out really good.
