Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Delicious. Only modifications I used were jalapeños (a couple of forkfuls) instead of the bell peppers which I didn't have, and 8 mins on a George Foreman Grill instead of a real grill or the oven. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Pesto Pasta
Good basic pesto recipe. While this won't wow anyone, it's a place to start.

Quick Brownbag Burritos
Quick and tasty. I added 1/2 a bag of frozen corn for taste and texture. I also warmed up the tortillas on a skillet until golden-brown to soften the tortillas up a bit. But great recipe overall. Definitely a keeper.
