The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

This recipe resulted in an OK meatloaf, but definitely not the best I've ever made. I could probably made changes, but then it's not this recipe. I won't be making this again.

Oven Pot Roast

I've never used a rump roast for pot roast before, but thought I'd actually follow the recipe since so many people gave it such good reviews. I followed the recipe exactly and the meat was almost too tough to cut. What a waste of time and money.

Mushroom Orzo

Served this for dinner for 8 guests and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Because I doubled the number of servings I cut back by 1/4 on the butter, doubled the amount of onions and mushrooms and used chicken broth instead of water. I'll definitely make this often.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was such an easy, delicious way to cook fish! I could eat this once a week. I did take add panko bread crumbs as suggested by others, but made no other changes.

Brunch Strata

I made this for a brunch for 12 people and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe exactly, but prefer doing things ahead of time. I'd suggest cooking the vegetables and ham according to the recipe the night before, as well as preparing the bread cubes. This would make it a lot faster to prepare for a breakfast, or brunch.

A and Z Dip

Based on other comments, I substituted fresh pico de gallo for the pico de gallo seasoning. I also added garlic powder and red pepper for more zing. Also, unless you're serving extremely big eaters, this recipe makes much more than the 2 servings listed. I would say that this would make 4 - 6 servings.
