World's Best Lasagna
Loved it. Saved and froze 1/2 the sauce for the next one.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
Excellent! I took the others advice and increased the bake time and temp to 12 mins at 365degrees. I substituted applesauce for oil, and 50% whole wheat flour/50% all purpose flour. Finally I substituted raisins for the chocolate chips because I had them on hand. I will definitely make these again!

Whole Wheat Pumpkin-Applesauce Muffins
This recipe was good but needed some tweaking. I followed previous suggestions and omitted the oil. Also I used a 1/2c combination of applesauce and mashed banana as a substitute for the 1/2c applesauce. Finally, I added the raisins plus 1/3 cup diced apples for texture.
