Blonde Brownie Nut Squares
These were really wonderful and easy to make. Took a bit longer for mine to bake than the recipe called for, but my oven is on the slow side. I rarely bother with a dessert that doesn't include chocolate :0), but I will make these again and again - a great base for add-ins, too. Thanks!

Amish Breakfast Casserole
We had this for Christmas breakfast and all really enjoyed it! I used sausage instead of bacon and the whole bag of potatoes o'brian (country style hashbrowns with red/green peppers and onion) because the store was sold out of regular hashbrowns - reduced the onion by 1/2. I also added an extra egg. The peppers smelled and tasted wonderful and looked quite festive, too! This is an awesome recipe to make ahead and refrigerate overnight. Just bake a little while longer - maybe 10 - 15 minutes. I served this with toasted cinnamon bread and fruit and it fed four hungry adults and two kids with a portion or two left over.

Mini Green Bean Casserole
Really great for a lighter side than the traditional green bean casserole. Next time, I would use the whole 12 oz bag of frozen green beans and microwave until the sauce thickens and the beans are tender. Then, bake or broil to crisp up the onions at the end. I'll definitely make this again - a nice step up from my standard green bean recipe. Thank you!
