Zucchini 'Noodles'
I thought that these zucchini noodles were wonderful. Great use of zucchini.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This soup is fantastic. The whole family loved it. I made the soup stock first with the ham bone and then used that in place of the water. It's not often I get all 5 of us liking one meal.

Flank Steak with Horseradish Sauce
This was very good. My family all enjoyed it. The only thing that I would change is to marinate it longer. I only marinated it for about 8 hours and I think overnight would have been better. The sauce was a real hit.
