I followed a reviewer and did not fry these before baking them. Afterwards I read that frying first will help keep the coating on them, and prevent them from sticking. I baked mine at 400 for 25 minutes (after coating them in egg & flour) then I put the sauce on and baked them at 350 for the rest of the time. The result was a burnt & smoky mess. My wings stuck so badly to the pan even though I had sprayed PAM and the sauce was burned. My husband still ate them (God bless him!) and through the burnt sauce I could tell that had I not burned them they would have been great! I had to throw away my pan! I would like to try these again and fry them first.

Delicious! I did have a substantial amount of the meat sauce left over though. I just froze it and used it for spaghetti. A great recipe!
