I'm an American advertising professional residing in the UK. It's my first time living abroad and I'm loving it! So many new experiences and British food is lovely (you just have to know what to buy/order). pasta, curries, mexican, casseroles and meatloaf (because it's easy). pasta, pasta and more pasta because I was raised Italian-American. I've made some yummy stews and pizzas before. Royally messed up creamed spinach once with too much nutmeg!
