Mother of 3. I lived in the states for about four years working as a short order cook...greeeeasy :-) but I loved it. I got introduced to a whole new style of cooking and ideas. Diferent things have me infatuated at times, right now it's cupcakes...Everything about cooking is interesting to me. I love the colours the smells and the happy people after a success *grin* Cupcakes of course! for now anyways ummmm...how 'bout a dish? My Mum's chicken wings have always had the family racing each other back for more...we don't really have any traditions as such. MY PIES!!! hahaha I cooked the pies for the restaurant I worked at in the states so it wasn't meat pie but Coconut,Butterscotch, Chocolate Thunder from Downunder *grin*...once I had the meringue figured out I was happy.. oh there are plenty! lets not speak of those...hahaha
