Very good bread. I did have to add a little bit more liquid. I also used pickle juice in place of some of the water.

Very flavorful.I was a little worried at first because my bread did not rise very much, and I had made 2 different recipes along with this one at the same time, and those did just fine. Anyways.... When I cut into the bread, it was very soft and so flavorful.

I thought this bread was really good. Texture was nice and soft. I did leave out the egg, and added 1/4 c of more milk. The only problem I had was there seemed to not be enough liquid. So I had to add some water. This could be my fault because I might have used too much cream cheese ( I used an 8oz block) Other than that... very good bread
