Easy Mexican Casserole
Family loved this one and its easy to make. Left out the black olives, used taco cheese on top and traded ground beef for diced cooked chicken. Topped with chopped lettuce and sour cream.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
This is the best biscut recipe, I have made it at least 6 times. The only thing I changed was to add a 1/2 tsp more of baking powder. You must have your Crisco cold before using.

Spicy Bean Salsa
I love this stuff and so does everyone who eats it. The only thing I changed was to add cilantro.
