I am 52, married, one daughter, lots of animals and love to cook and bake. Baking is my all time favorite, cakedecorating, making up new recipes for cakes, desserts, fillings but also for the more savoury dishes I like to try new things and techniques. My mother was Polish, loved to bake, make pirogies or lots of different dishes with one special dish for every member of the dinnerparty. I still like that and stil bake and cook everything from scratch every day of the week. Bread, always the best, you don't have to be a gourmet chef to make bread, it is the best thing to make and makes everybody happy. I always feel happy when the bread begins to smell and after that take out that wonderfull bread that before just was a bit of different simpel ingredients. Just one springs to mind, I had to bake 10 large and deep cakes. After number 5 everything was still going well, I put in number 6 and decided to walk the dogs... When I came back I noticed an odeur and ran to the kitchen...the springform I used had opened and the batter spilled into the oven and baked.......
