Strawberry Syrup
This was easy and came out perfect for pancakes! I used a 10 oz bag of frozen organic strawberries, 3/4 c water, and 3/4 c sugar.

Slow Cooker Bean Casserole AKA Sweet Chili
I modified this recipe by adding a can of drained kidney beans, 8 oz tomato sauce, and a handful of dried onion. I definitely plan on making this recipe again. It's different than any chili I've ever tasted, but it's good.
