Sweet Corn Tomalito
Amazing! This is exactly like I remember it from all the authentic Mexican restaurants, growing up just north of the border in California. We will make this again, and again, and again . . .

Easy Peach Crisp II
Very tasty! I wanted more peaches, though. Next time I'll double the amount of peaches, and drain them really well.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
Thank you, Sean! This is the best falafel I've had since I used to buy it from the street vendors in Jerusalem! I like to stuff some fries in with the other good stuff, the way I learned to get it from the vendors.
