Who would have thought a Peanut butter cookie recipe could be so easy and delicious. I was very sceptical until I made them. I was floored, they came out perfect ! Very very delicious ! I got 20 cookies out of it which isn't too bad. I will make them again and again. They are so easy to make if you have to go somewhere in a hurry with a dish to pass. LOVE THEM !

I have been eating Peanut butter, cheese and mayo sandwiches for years. I never thought to put lettuce on them. I will next time. My husband thinks I am nuts, but it really is a great Sandwich.

I used a bundt pan and sugar free Black cherry Jello and it was good.
