Light Oat Bread
All ingredients are basic staples. Good, cheap, easy homemade bread. I ground up the oats so the picky ones in my home wouldn't freak.

Italian-Style Round Steak
My family and I loved this meal. I cut the extra fat off the steaks and tenderized the steaks with a mallet. I made twice as much homemade sauce as the recipe called for and warmed a pot of extra sauce for the noodles (from a jar) since I like lots of sauce. I had monterey jack, swiss, and mozzarella cheese so it was EXTRA cheesy...yum yum! Thanks for the recipe!

Bacon and Tomato Cups
I love making this recipe for parties. I use mini fillo shells instead of biscuits which is really tasty and cuts prep time in half. I prefer fresh basil instead of the dried. Yum!
