Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
Absolutely delicious! As another reviewer shared, whip the cream first in chilled bowl. Does not get runny. Yum! Lighter than the usual cream cheese frosting. I've found my new favorite cream cheese frosting!

Orange Chicken Salad
Very good and simple. I didn't have raspberry vinegar so used apple cider instead along with canola oil. I also did not have the hot pepper sauce so added a dab of hot sauce to the dressing. A nice, refreshing meal, especially for the hot summer.
