Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I love this recipe and have made it many times. I use black beans and always add a touch of salt and coriander to the bean mixture. We always eat them with hot sauce and sour cream. Delicious!

the cake is awesome. If you make it just as the directions say you get a wonderfully chocolate cake that is slightly dense and very moist. My only complaint was the frosting. Everyone felt that it was just to sour. Next time I will use a chocolate buttercream.

Orange Chocolate Muffins

this is a great recipe. Instead of grating chocolate, I used mini chocolate chips. I made sure to cream the butter and sugar well, then mixed it a lot with the eggs to fluff everything up. The result was wonderful. They baked up beautifully to a perfect color and firm top.

Spinach Quiche

Great quiche!! I found this recipe very forgiving as others have mentioned. I used kale instead of spinach which gave it a very nice body. I also used a mix of feta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses that worked very well.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Wow, my husband and I were skeptical, but we loved this recipe. We ended up using garden vegetable cream cheese which worked very well.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

These are wonderful muffins, but I found that they had way to much oil. Next time I will either cut it by half, or use applesauce. I will be making this again though

Very Berry Muffins

Beef Barley Soup

This was a great soup. I did follow the directions pretty close. When I make it again, I may spice it up a little since it was a touch bland. I also disagree with others who commented that it had to much barley; since it is a barley soup, I think it is perfect.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

This was a very solid recipe. We thought it was very good, and since we like dumplings we enjoyed how many there were. It does make a lot of everything so you can have leftovers.

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

A very nice recipe with just a few small problems. I did have to add more orange juice like many others, and I found that the finished scones still had a slight flour texture and flavor.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I love this recipe, I make it all the time and have no problems with it falling apart. I don't do anything different from what the recipe calls for, though I don't puree the onions and peppers, but just chop them fine in the food processor.
