About this Cook
I work in Dermatology and take care of people's skin and skin cancers. I love my job but I also have an inner passion for crafts and cooking. My father is a retired baker and I grew up with the kitchen always smelling of bread, pastries, and amazing dinners. I used to watch him at the counter for hours decorating cakes and still am awed with his talent. His love for baking and cooking has been passed down to me. I'm still a beginner but am excited to learn to cook every day.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken, Baked Goods and anything my husband requests!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
It was very tasty and we ate it up fast. In the future I think it needs more zucchini and I also would use applesauce instead of a portion of the oil. Once those changes are made I know it will dissapear even quicker! Thanks for the yummy treat!

Brunch Enchiladas
It turned out so great, but with additions. I think if I did not make changes it may have been bland. I added chopped red, green and yellow peppers, I also used chopped ham and turkey bacon. I let it sit overnight for 10 hours and then after cooking it covered in a clay pot with foil, I uncovered it, added cheese and set out sour cream and salsa for my family to top it with. They loved it and had seconds! Yummy!

Asian Lettuce Wraps
I'm late in reviewing this as I've made it about 3 times. I love this recipe and so does my sister in law and husband. I use iceberg lettuce by request of others but they do fall apart once in a while. I add a little extra hoisin sauce and I use ground chicken instead and use those crunchy noodles to put on top as well. Very tasty!!
