Garlic Prime Rib
This Christmas I decided to make prime rib for the first time. My whole family was just delighted in how delicious this recipe was. The directions were simple enough for a first time user. After trying this recipe, I don't think I need to try any others. It was perfect!

Sweet Potato Pie
I made this pie for a sweet potato pie baking contest at work. This was my first attempt at making one. It was an easy win! There were no other pies that had a caramelized pecan topping and the judges were very impressed!
